Ms. Esteban?

I have a professor, she’s sort of Virus. Every time she would call my surname “Ms. Esteban” for recitation, I would always says to my co-educators silently, “Yan nanaman po siya mga kaibigan, kapamilya at kapuso” or ”Ako nanaman?”. Because we were only 11 beautiful ladies in the class. Her questions were hard to answer when you’re called but only then you will realize that the answer was easy. If we weren’t able to answer correctly, she would give us an “X” mark in the student’s list and would say, “Miss, ang dami mo ng X dito. Di ka pa sumasagot ng tama/ puro ka pass”. When she’ll give us activities and homework, be sure that you would pass it on time or else, you will receive a half grade. In reporting, be sure to cite examples and references because you might be questioned a lot. So we must better read and understand our report and get ready whenever she asks. And oh! Don’t forget to PRAY, because God will help you to create miracles. Amen.

My professor is one of the educators who handle our major subjects. So it was very stressful (to the HIGHEST level). My brain run so fast to think the right answer to her questions and do all of the requirements she would asked us to do. I don’t know what happened, but I just finished my subjects to her for this school year (2011-2012) ONLY! I just always pray to GOD to please give me wisdom, knowledge, understanding and strength to finish and pass my subjects. Also to my loving family and mates who always show support and help for me not to fail in my subjects.

But most of all, I would like to congratulate myself in finishing my subject to her in this school year (Wohoo!). I’ve realized that whatever our professor did was for our own sake. She didn’t want to spoon feed us instead she wants us to challenge and develop our way of thinking to be more mature and broad. I know that she wants to train us by giving us requirements like what a teacher always faces.
